Terms of Use

The online court booking service is operated by Tenis ob Savi, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (hereinafter: 'we' or 'the club'). Contact us at info@tenisobsavi.si or +386 40 206 250.

Accounts may be created by persons aged 16 or over. By creating an account you confirm that all information provided (name, email address, phone number) is accurate and up to date.

Each person may hold only one account. Sharing account access is not permitted.

Online bookings are available for tennis and volleyball courts. For the picnic area please contact us directly.

A reservation is confirmed only after club approval. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances (e.g. adverse weather, court damage).

Cancellations: bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time using the link in the confirmation email. After that deadline payments are non-refundable.

Courts are located outdoors. You are responsible for your own safety during play. The club accepts no liability for personal injury or damage to equipment incurred during use.

Please respect your booked time slot and leave the court promptly when your session ends. Smoking and consumption of alcohol outside designated areas are prohibited.

We process your personal data (first name, last name, email address, phone number) solely to manage your account and communicate with you about your bookings.

The legal basis is the performance of a contract and legitimate interest (preventing misuse). We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law.

Data is retained until account deletion or for 3 years after the last activity. You have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data. Submit requests to info@tenisobsavi.si.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
